Kutladampatti Falls is a waterfall located in the village of Kutladampatti near Vadipatti in Madurai district about 30 km (19 mi) northwest of Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.The waterfall is in a reserve forest managed by the Tamil Nadu Forest Department. The water falls from a height of about 27 metres (89 ft).Along with the architectural wonders and other attractions people can easily explore the bewitching nature beauty.The natural charm of the region along with the waterfalls are to be explored during the trip to Madurai.

#3. Rajaji Park:

This is a park for family time and people can enjoy with their children. A popular spot in Madurai, which is perfect to enjoy a warm evening and this is a one finely maintained park. It is an ideal place to spend time with your family. The park which is owned by Corporation of Madurai, and it is open all days in a week, from 10 am to 8 pm. Entrance fees is 1/- per person and free for children below 3 years.


#4. Gandhi Museum:

The Gandhi Memorial Museum is a place loaded with artifacts and precious goods that are historic. People can easily gain a chance to explore the museum and see various things related to the freedom movement. The museum was inaugurated by Jawaharlal Nehru in April 1959. Over there people finds “Visual Biography of “Bapuji” containing photos, paintings, sculptures, manuscripts, quotations and some of the selected photostat copies of many of the letters written by him.


#5. Thirumalai Nayakkar Mahal:

A palace constructed around 17thcentury is worth of witnessing in Madurai. This stands as a marvellous construction reflecting the lavish lifestyle of the rulers along with the fascinating architecture.This is an age old building and one can see the Rajput style along with the Italian architecture in the building. The water amusement park Athisayam located in Madurai, Tamil Nadu is a wonderful place to explore and people can easily spend a great time with family.
